Announcing

Jim Gano has a long history of announcing and emceeing events. 

Jim began his announcing career as a broadcasting major at Salem College in West Virginia. From there he worked at several radio stations honing his craft.

Jim has been the P.A. Announcer for the Bridgewater-Raritan (NJ) High School Football and Basketball programs for the last 41 years. He was recognized for Outstanding Service by the Skyland Conference in 2015 and came in 2nd in a fan poll by the Courier-News newspaper of the best High School P.A. announcers around the state of New Jersey.

Jim has also served as the P.A. Announcer/On Field host for the Somerset Patriots Minor League Baseball team and was the P.A. announcer for eight seasons with the New Jersey Pride of Major League Lacrosse. 

Jim lends his voice and expertise as he emcees several events each year for local charitable organizations.

Jim has also been hired by several firms to record their phone-on-hold messages, voiceovers for training videos and commercials.
