About Me and my Team
Fifteen years ago I left a great paying job as a recruiter in the pharmaceutical industry to open my first franchise store, Crown Trophy of Flemington. Over the years we have expanded our product offerings, hired a great staff, and developed and trademarked the tagline "We're Trophies and a Whole Lot More!" And we really are. We don't think of people as our customers or clients, we think of them as friends. As for me I have always worked 2 or 3 jobs, because I love the work I do. Whether it is announcing, emceeing a special event, doing my weekly radio show, running Crown Trophy of Flemington, or writing, I just feel the need to keep busy.
A few years ago I started working with struggling small businesses to help them grow, return them to profitability or improve their processes.

My Commitment to Autism
For 12 years now I have participated in Hunterdon Central's Work Readiness program for students with Special Needs. I love this program and showing the students different job skills and life skills so they can be prepared for their first paying job down the line. I push them to do more every day so they can "fill their toolbox" as I say, with the skills they will eventually need and those that make them more desirable to a future employer. Stay tuned for updates on some of the exciting things I and others are working on to help this community.
